    Our story

We're building the tool we wished existed

In the summer of 2025 we started working with Mos Mossa, an online store launched by serial entrepreneurs whose background includes Tenderflame. We built their store in Shopify and were involved through the entire launch phase.

The customer journey mattered to them from day one. They had worked in e-commerce long enough to know that. But even with that experience, we had no obvious way to work on it. We knew it was important — we didn't know how to approach it systematically.

What we noticed was that everyone focuses on advertising, on getting people to the site. But what happens after they land? That's where the customer journey decides whether they buy or not. And there we worked on pure gut feeling.

So we ran a Jobs to be done sprint with professional advisors to map out the problem. We interviewed online stores of varying sizes and found the same thing everywhere. Those who worked on the customer journey worked on gut feeling. Those who didn't work on it left it alone because they didn't have time or didn't know where to start.

The tools were out there. Google Analytics, sitemap tools, SEO tools. But none of them put it together and told you what to do. They showed you pieces of the picture, never the whole thing.

That experience gave us the idea for Veiser. It wasn't an idea we had in advance. It was a problem we discovered because we were sitting right in the middle of it.
